REO / Eviction Services
Our firm handles all matters which can arise post-foreclosure on REO properties. If eviction is necessary, we handle all aspects of the eviction process, including preparation, filing and service of the Eviction Complaint, obtaining the judgment in eviction and coordinating with the applicable Sheriff's office, mover and property manager or preservation company to effectuate the eviction itself.
If the property is being sold to a third party, we will prepare the Deed and all other necessary documents in connection with the closing, review the HUD-1 statement, take care of all title issues in coordination with the title company, appear at the closing and take all other action which is necessary to ensure a smooth conveyance of title.As part of our REO/eviction services, we also handle all post-foreclosure title issues and we represent clients in cases where
other firms may have handled the foreclosure proceeding, in which case we also ensure that all aspects of the foreclosure
proceeding were handled properly. |
